Dr. Levent Bulut

Dr. Levent Bulut is an established and dedicated research professional with a passion for economics, forecasting, and data analytics. He joined the Advanced Data Analytics Department of the University of North Texas in 2021. He has strong capabilities in building predictive models and forecasting systems, with research work being recognized and published in journals such as Journal of Forecasting, Contemporary Economic Policy, B.E. Journal of Macroeconomics, and Applied Economics Letters. He previously taught at Valdosta State University, Ipek University, The University of Georgia, Georgia State University, and Emory University. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Houston, a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Arts in Economics from Marmara University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bilkent University.
